I'm Sara.

Sara is a native of Kentucky. She is a board-certified nurse practitioner with dual certifications in pediatric primary care and psychiatric mental health. She has nearly 15 years of combined experience as a nurse and provider. Currently, she is enjoying being the team's Executive Administrator or what she jokingly likes to call her role, the Chief of Staff. She will likely be the one you make contact with at some point during your time at North Star. Making memories with her husband and four children is her greatest delight.
