I'm Sara.

Sara is a native of Kentucky. She is a board-certified nurse practitioner with dual certifications in pediatric primary care and psychiatric mental health. She has nearly 15 years of combined experience as a nurse and provider. She provides professional, quality, and comprehensive mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. She seeks to be thorough in examining the whole person and provide individualized treatment recommendations. Making memories with her husband and four children is her greatest delight.
